FranchiseOfficer's objective is to properly guide prospective franchise buyers through the franchise selection and due-diligence phase. We work with prospective franchisees by utilizing proprietary matchmaking systems such as our EDGE and FIT evaluations in collaboration with our years of franchise experience. Our aim is to pinpoint franchises from our portfolio that are most compatible with the prospect’s goals, interests and qualifications. Once we have determined which franchise fits a client’s profile, we will discuss each franchise’s features and benefits with the potential franchise buyer. If a prospective buyer has proven to be qualified and sincerely interested in a particular franchise, we will then introduce the candidate to the franchisor of interest. We then arrange for the franchise buyer and the franchisor to meet in order to consummate a franchise agreement.
In the event of a franchise sale, we would receive a fee paid by the franchisor. This fee is commonly known as a referral fee. The referral fee is based on a percentage of a franchisor’s franchise fee. There are no up front costs when you work with FranchiseOfficer. We will devote our own resources to finding potential franchise owners who are a good match with a franchisor’s franchise system. Only if we refer a prospective franchise buyer who purchases a franchise will we be compensated with a referral fee.

We have developed a proprietary system in regards to placing prospective franchisees. You will only pay for quality candidates and never for the quantity we send to you. We pay for the quantity so you don’t have to. If by chance a candidate that we’ve introduced does not meet your criteria, then you pay us nothing. We would only be compensated if a prospective franchisee that we introduced finalizes a franchise agreement with your company.
