 We do have a contract in place with every franchisor, however, the contract can be cancelled by providing 30 days written notice.

 Our fees are based on a franchisor’s franchise fee. Fees are typically 50% of a franchisor’s franchise fee.

Q. What sort of success can we expect by working with FranchiseOfficer?

 Every franchise will experience different levels of success working with us. We cannot guarantee success or any level of performance with anyone we do business with. However, we do guarantee that you will be impressed with the caliber of service that we provide. We prefer to under-promise and over-deliver.

 A franchisor must have the following qualifications: a track record of successful franchising, positive relations with its franchisees, professionalism, strong infrastructure, and a history of continued commitment to building a world class franchise system. Q. Will FranchiseOfficer work with any franchise company?

 No. If a franchisor does not possess the qualities listed above, we will not represent that franchisor. No franchisor is perfect but there are certain qualities and characteristics that a franchisor must possess. FranchiseOfficer is one of the most trusted franchise consulting firms because of our commitment to quality franchising. We build trusting relationships with the prospective franchisees that we work with. We will never break that trust. As of this date, not one of our franchise buyer clients has failed. All are enjoying success and this is something that we are very proud of accomplishing. We are in the business of helping people achieve their dreams through franchising.

Q. Does FranchiseOfficer work with newer franchisors?

 Absolutely, as long as your franchise system is based on a business concept that has proven to be successful for at least 2 years. We look at many facets of a franchisor’s system in order to determine whether or not we would feel confident in introducing a franchisor’s franchise opportunity to our clients.

Q. How does FranchiseOfficer find prospective franchise buyers for a franchise system?

 We have to be careful when answering this question to protect our proprietary methods for finding prospective franchisees. There are many means that FranchiseOfficer utilizes to find prospective franchise buyers for the franchisors that it represents. Some of the methods include franchise shows/expos, seminars, networking, corporate alliances, internet advertising as well as many other means that we do not disclose to the public.

Q. How many prospective franchisees does FranchiseOfficer deal with on a monthly basis?

 Our group of professionals collectively work with anywhere from 2,500 to 5,000 prospective franchisees per month.

Q. When FranchiseOfficer refers a franchise candidate, how qualified is the candidate?

 When FranchiseOfficer refers a franchise candidate, the candidate must possess the following: The necessary funding or financing ability, personality, readiness to make a purchase decision and a sincere interest in learning more about a particular franchise.

Q. What does FranchiseOfficer expect from the companies it works with?

 We spend a great deal of time and capital in order to find suitable franchisees for a franchisor. As a result, FranchiseOfficer expects that a franchisor respect its service and contact a prospective franchisee within 24 hours from introduction and maintain good communications with the prospective franchisee and our professionals. All companies represented must sign an agreement with FranchiseOfficer that covers the terms of the relationship.
