Franchise Consulting
Earn average referral fees of $10K-$15K and referral fees
as high as $100k or more for assisting prospective franchise buyers
with the purchase of a franchise. This does not involve any selling
because that is handled by the franchise company. You simply make
the referral after consulting, qualifying and matching a prospective
buyer with a franchise of interest. You could realistically earn
$15,000-$25,000 or more every month with very nominal overhead.
Franchise Development
Earn 40% of our net profit when we develop existing businesses
as franchise systems. This also includes 40% of any ownership we
may take in a business that you introduced. That means that you
could be making thousands a year as a residual income for each
franchise business we acquire equity ownership from in exchange
for our services. FranchiseOfficer will do all
the work for you. You just have to introduce business owners who
wish to franchise their business.
Franchise Financing
Over 50% of franchise buyers will require financing
assistance to purchase their franchise. Through Franchise
Financiers, our subsidiary company, you'll also
be able to offer financing to prospective franchisees. Franchise
Financiers offers the most competitive financing options in the
lending business. For assisting prospective franchisees in obtaining
financing for their newly purchased franchises, you'll earn 100%
of the referral fees paid by our lenders. For example: An average
loan of $100,000 can equal $2,000 as a referral fee for you.
Of course, the $2,000 will often be in addition to the substantial
fees you would receive for assisting a prospective franchisee
with the purchase of their new franchise. You will also have
the ability to become the financing source to franchisors who
need to finance their franchisees. Under this scenario, franchisors
would contact you anytime they have a franchise buyer in need
of financing. Some franchisors will refer a great deal of business
to you and can become a lucrative component to your business.

Financiers will handle everything, all you
have to do is find and refer franchise financing candidates.
Business Resales
Through FranchiseOfficer’s vast network
of partner business consultants and brokers, we have access to
a large pool of existing businesses for sale. In the event that
a client has expressed an interest in purchasing an existing business,
we have the ability to put the client in touch with a local consultant
or broker to aid them with finding an ideal business for sale.
If we refer a client to one of our partner consultants or brokers
and it turns into a sale, we will be entitled to a finder’s
fee. The finder’s fee is based on a percentage of the consultant

Franchise Representation Agreements
As an Affiliate Consultant,
if you introduce a quality franchise that we approve for representation, you
will receive a 5% override on all referral fees for that particular franchise.
This includes overrides on all successful referrals throughout our entire network.
